The MSHSL Foundation Board approved the Form A and Form B grant application process for the 2022-2023 school year.

Form A Grant Applications are closed for the 2022-2023 school year.
Form B1 and B2 Deadlines

Form B1 Grant Application due on January 20, 2023

Form B2 Grant Application due on February 15, 2023

Instructions and Process for B1 and B2 Grant Applications: Please read the entire document prior to completing Form B1.

Form B1 Application Form: Complete and submit by January 20, 2023.

Form B1 Resolution: Have lead school administrator bring this Resolution to the Governing Board for approval.

Once approved, Governing Board Chair and Governing Board Clerk/Treasurer must sign the Resolution.

Upload the following to your Form B1 Grant Application Form as one PDF file.

Supporting documentation showing expenses directly related to the transportation of students to the Together We Make A Difference World Cafés.

Form B2 Application Form: Complete and submit by February 15, 2023.

Form B2 Resolution: Have lead school administrator bring this Resolution to the Governing Board for approval.

Line Item Budget Sample: Use this as a sample for the line item budget that is required.

Once approved, Governing Board Chair and Governing Board Clerk/Treasurer must sign the Resolution.

Line Item Budget

Region Committees and MSHSL Athletic/Activity Conferences submitting a grant request must upload the following required items:

A copy of the IRS determination letter regarding exempt status or other evidence of exempt status.

A copy of the most recent Form 990 or Form 990T, if applicable, with all schedules submitted to the IRS and/or an explanation of the organization’s fund balance, including restricted and non-restricted funds.

A list of the names of the Board of Directors or other governing body.

Overall organization budget, including a specific project budget indicating items for which MSHSL Foundation support is requested. You may attach a brief explanation of the budget if necessary.
